1. Always take a 360° video while opening the parcel. Which will be consider as proof.
2. Claim your return and exchange within 3 days of receiving parcel.
3. Exchange only in colour and damage issue.
4. Exchange will be initiated after we receive the product back in genuine condition.
5. Exchange process will take 24-48 hours.
